The National Executive Academy for Food, Agriculture and Forestry intends to conclude a framework agreement for office furniture, office chairs and visitor chairs for various departments in Bavaria on the basis of these tender documents. The services are divided into 3 lots. The total duration of the framework agreement per lot is up to 3 years and 10 months (1 year and 10 months basic term plus 2 one-year renewal options). The requested range must be completely deliverable by the contractor.

The contract will be awarded to the most economical offer according to UfAB 2018: Simple benchmark method (50% price, 50% service). The credit points result to 80% from the evaluation of a test position at FüAk, Porschestr. 5a, 84030 Landshut. The test position is expected on 03.02. and 4.2.2020. In addition, 15% of the delivery time and 5% of the customer service response time are evaluated.
