The Strategic Procurement of the City of Turku will solicit tenders for the AV materials to be procured for the City of Turku and other entities specified in the invitation to tender.
There are 8 sub-packages:

5. Jazz / Blues
6. Popular music
7. Children's Music
8. Image recordings.
The tenderer may offer 1 or more sub-packages. The material is acquired for libraries and other offices of the purchasing units according to the needs of the subscribers. Due to availability and timing factors, and to ensure the diversity of collections, you can also source from other vendors.
The total estimated value of the acquisition, exclusive of VAT, is approximately EUR 600 000 / year without commitment. The subscriber does not commit to a specific purchase amount or value.
The offer must indicate the estimated number of literary recordings per year, the total number of titles offered, and how and how often the subscriber is informed of the offer. New material should be made available in clear sets, each Title only once as new list material. Product information should include the following information: title of the recording, author (author), publication time, duration, short description of content, product number (ISBN or other product identifier) and price. The offer is grouped by language into fiction, non-fiction, and audiobooks for children and adolescents. The supplier is responsible for keeping the product information up to date. E-books and e-audiobooks are not covered by this agreement.

The provider must be able to offer games on at least the following platforms: PS4, XboxOne (= XBOne) and Nintendo Switch. Product information should include the following information: record name, production company, age rating, release date, short description of content, product number (EAN or other product identifier) and price.

More than 500 titles per year must be available to the new material provider. New material should be made available in clear sets, each Title only once as new list material. The supplier shall be responsible for keeping the product information provided up to date.

The supplier shall be responsible for keeping the product information provided up to date.

The supplier shall be responsible for keeping the product information provided up to date.
The supplier must be able to offer a wide and varied selection of library-compatible image recordings (DVDs and Blu-Ray discs). Offered video recordings must have at least a private lending right. The supply of new material must be made in advance or at the latest when the material becomes available for library use. The offer should include films for adults and children, documentaries, TV shows and educational and information-based recordings. Products must be provided in both DVD and Blu-ray recording, if both formats are available. The supply should be regular, depending on the volume of the provider's supply 1-2 times a month, but at least once every 2 months. The selection of collections must be grouped at least into: adult films, children's and young films, music and information-based video recordings. Only new products will be offered in the novelty offering, and each Title will only be provided once as new listing material. The products offered must include at least the following information: Title, including Original Title, Director, Production Company, Distributor, Age Limit, Duration, Publication Date, Various Lending Rights, Indication if the subtitle language is not Finnish or Swedish, EAN Code, Genre and Price. The subscriber may also order image recordings that are not offered in the vendor newsletters. These include, for example, purchase proposals from customers. The availability and cost information of these can be checked on the website. In addition to offering new items, the supplier can bring in a variety of supplement and theme lists according to his schedule. The offer should include an estimate of the number of titles and total titles of the annual image recordings (Blu-ray and DVD recordings) and how many and which distributors are offering the product.
