1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment task entitled “Installation of photovoltaic installations in the territory of Zławieś Wielka Stage II”.
2. The scope includes:
The object of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of the installation of photovoltaic panels
in the places indicated in Annex 10 to the SIWZ on the basis of the design documentation and the guidelines of the Contracting Authority, implementation in Zławieś Wielka Municipality. The project will be implemented within the framework of the project “Installation of photovoltaic installations in Zławieś Wielka Stage II” within the framework of the Regional Operational Programme of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship for the years 2014 — 2020, Subaction 3.1 Supporting the generation and distribution of energy originating from renewable sources
The scope of the contract includes:
• the delivery of construction equipment and materials to the installation area necessary for the performance of the photovoltaic installation,
• execution in 80 facilities complete photovoltaic installations including the cooperating photovoltaic collector system automatically, inverter, necessary electrical installation,

• filling of holes and restoration and repair of parts of damaged expeditions (finishing elements) during the execution of construction works,
• conducting tests of the entire installation and the necessary measurements,
• launch of the photovoltaic plant,
• development of instruction manual for photovoltaic installation,
• providing user instructions in Polish and informing them about the safe use of the photovoltaic installation,
• technical preparation of the installation and the submission by the owner of the property a correct application of the photovoltaic microplant with the relevant DSO.

2.2. Where a trade mark, patent or origin, source or specific process which characterizes products or services provided by a specific contractor has been indicated, the Contracting Authority shall allow the offering of materials or solutions' equivalent 'in terms of parameters technical, utility and operational provided that they guarantee the execution of works in accordance with construction projects and ensure that technical parameters are not inferior to those established in this SWZ and in the projects.
2.3. When describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the contracting agent shall allow equivalent solutions.
2.4. A Contractor who invokes the equivalent solutions described by the Ordering Party shall demonstrate that the supplies, services or works offered by him meet the requirements set by the Contracting Authority.
2.5. In the case of marking and certificates required in the construction project, the Ordering Party accepts the labels and certificates equivalent.
2.6. The required warranty period for works performed and for installed equipment calculated from the date of signing by the Contracting Authority of the Protocol for Receipt of the Final Investment Assignment (without observations) — shall be at least:

• Photovoltaic panels — 12 years,
• PV panels for linear power warranty after 30 years 80%
• Inverter- min. 10 years,
• Works and other installed devices — min. 5 years.
