Group 1: Floor cleaning machines, manual and robotic
Maximum value, including any options and expected price increases: NOK 4.5 million excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.
Group 2: Vacuum cleaners and cleaning machines, manual and robotic
Maximum value, including any options and expected price increases: NOK 3,500,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.
Group 3: Washing machines, incl. refrigerators and dryers and shredders
Maximum value, including any options and expected price increases: NOK 3,500,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.
The contracting authority reserves the right not to utilise the framework agreement for special projects, renovation projects and new construction/turnkey contracts.
The framework agreement is limited by the existing framework agreement for Fixed mat zones (various machine types) and Cleaning supplies (purchased under a separate agreement for Cleaning, paper and plastic).

Lots/groups
It is possible to submit tenders for one or more products groups. Sub-tenders cannot be submitted for individual product groups, nor alternative tenders.

Group 2: Vacuum cleaners and cleaning machines, manual and robotic
Group 3: Washing machines, incl. refrigerators and dryers and shredders
Framework agreement
The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.
The framework agreement will be valid from and including 27.10.2023 until and including 10.26.2025.. The contract will automatically be valid for a further 2 years unless terminated by one of the parties.
The contracting authority will enter into a contract with 2 or more tenderers in each group, provided that there are a sufficient number of qualified tenderers.
The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
