1. The subject of the contract is: repair and maintenance services of vehicles specified below. Repairs and servicing will be carried out in the quantities and time resulting from current needs and according to the indications of on-board systems for checking the efficiency of motor vehicles registered in the 45th WOG Wędrzyn.

2. The planned number of vehicles to be repaired and serviced during the term of the contract may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, within a certain amount at its disposal. In the event that the repaired/serviced vehicle does not have a valid technical inspection or its deadline expires during the repair/service, the Contractor is obliged to perform a full technical inspection of the vehicle after the repair/service is completed. A re-inspection is absolutely required after repairs have been made to systems that affect driving safety (braking, suspension, steering or vehicle lighting). The cost of the periodic technical inspection is included by the Contractor in the valuation of the repair/maintenance of the vehicle. The cost of OBT must be in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 29 September 2004 on the amount of fees related to the operation of vehicle inspection stations and the technical inspection of vehicles (Journal of Laws No. 223, item 2261, as amended).

3. The scope of repairs and maintenance does not include the replacement of batteries, tires, wiper blades, headlight bulbs, hubcaps, mats and covers.

4. The scope of repair and servicing of the equipment referred to in paragraph 1 shall include activities and vehicles appropriate to the different parts, including but not limited to:

The scope of repair and maintenance of vehicles in the task will include the following activities

• computer diagnostics of the engine and its circuits;

• current repairs due to on-board computer indications

• repair of vehicle systems:

about managerial,

about cooling,

for power transfer, fuel and air supply,

for repair of electrical wiring,

for repair of the engine fittings.

• repair webasto;

• repair of the suspension;

• repair of the braking system;

• repair of the paint plate;

• repair of drive bridges;

• repair of drive shafts and springs;

• repair of steering gears and injection pumps;

Such needs may arise suddenly and unexpectedly, e.g. in relation to a vehicle belonging to another military unit, which has broken down in the area of responsibility of the 45th WOG (counties: Sulęcin, Słubice, Strzelecko-Dresden, Międzyrzec, Gorzów, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Krosno, Zielona Góra, Zielona Góra or Świebodzin).
