The framework agreement will cover Bergen Municipality's need for computer glasses and eye tests in accordance with the employer's obligations, cf. the regulations on organisation, management and participation, Section 14-4.

The aim of this framework agreement is to cover Bergen Municipality and collaborating partners' need for computer glasses and eye tests in accordance with the employer's obligations, cf. the regulations on organisation, management and participation, Section 14-4.

The procurement will cover the employees' ongoing need for eye tests for an assessment of the need for, and the procurement of computer glasses/workplace glasses for use when working at a monitor at work.

The procurement covers eye tests and the adaption and procurement of computer glasses.

Bergen Municipality has currently approx. 277 400 inhabitants and the municipal organisation structure contains approx. 840 entities, including, amongst others, schools, nurseries, nursing homes, cultural institutions and administration locations. Also included are municipal and inter-municipal companies that are partly or fully owned entities and considered part of the Bergen kommune group.

The process at the contracting authority occurs as described in the form 'Requisition Form Bergen Municipality' — see annex 1. The form will be corrected for the contract with the new tenderer after the contract has been signed.

The contract period will be 2 years from the contract date, with a unilateral option for a further 1 year + 1 year.
