Maintenance of individual heating systems running on gas, domestic hot water and ventilation.

The purpose of this contract is to maintain and guarantee parts and labour for individual gas heating, domestic hot water and collective ventilation installations. The market is mixed: it is treated at flat prices for current operating services and at unit prices for supplementary services. The contract will take effect on 29.9.2021 and will expire on 30.6.2025.
