The subject of the order is to measure traffic in the scope and in the manner specified in the document: "Guidelines for the organization and conduct of General Traffic Measurement in 2020 on national roads" published on the GDDKiA website, divided into the following parts:
Lot 1 - covering measurement points located on the road network in the Chełm District;
Lot 2 - covering measurement points located on the road network in the Kraśnik Area;
Lot 3 - covering measurement points located on the road network in the Lubartów District;
Lot 4 - covering measurement points located on the road network in the area of Międzyrzec Podlaski;
Lot 5 - covering measurement points located on the road network in the District in Puławy;
Lot 6 - covering measurement points located on the road network in the District in Zamość.
