This contract for works mainly, but not exhaustively, relates to:

• The necessary topographical work as well as the elaboration of detailed plans of existing or to be carried out works.

• The establishment of the inventory of all riparian properties, and this for all the parts built, in plan, elevation and basement, whose cadastral plot is less than 12 m from the edge of the excavations to be carried out for the work described below.

• The measures necessary for the organization of traffic during the works.

• The dismantling of pavement and sidewalk coverings of all kinds, including their foundation to a depth necessary to carry out the work according to the new profiles.

• The demolition of pavement and sidewalk coverings of all kinds, including their foundation to a depth necessary to carry out the work according to the new profiles.

• The dismantling of curbs, water nets, safety barriers and road devices necessary for the execution of the work.

• The demolition of curbs, water nets, safety barriers and road devices necessary for the execution of the work.

• The dismantling of pipes and ducts of all kinds.

• Demolition of pipes and ducts of all kinds.

• The demolition of masonry, concrete and reinforced concrete, encountered during the execution of earthworks.

• Scraping of hydrocarbon coatings and their necessary cuts.

• The execution of earthworks of excavated material and embankments, including compaction, possible stabilization, and/or replacement of insufficiently bearing or permeable soil, as well as temporary work to keep excavations dry.

• The implementation of a sand sub-foundation.

• The implementation of a lean concrete foundation reinforced with a lattice.

• The implementation of a continuous stone foundation treated with cement.

• The implementation of a foundation and embankments in stabilized sand.

• The development and adaptation of the stormwater drainage system, including the supply of drains, inspection chambers, pipes, and their connection to sewers.

• Upgrading of taques, gates, and other sidewalk or road installations.

• The execution or implementation of water nets, curbs, etc.

• The execution of coatings of various kinds.

• The execution of sidewalks.

• The execution of markings and signage.

• The use of arable land, the sodding of berms, possible plantings and the construction of tree trays.

• The disposal of all debris, waste, etc. outside the public domain, including evacuation to a recycling facility in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region of 16 March 1995.

• Connection to roads and other existing facilities.

• Various benefits subject to "proof-of-charge" items.

• Landscaping work and related supplies.

• All ancillary and related work and supplies for the proper execution of the site.

• Verification and acceptance tests.

• Maintenance of the company's works during the warranty period.

• Lawn mowing, hoeing and digging.

• Any other services not explicitly described in these special specifications or its annexes but necessary for the perfect completion and functionality of the works in compliance with the rules of the art, regulations and applicable documents.
