The purpose of this tender is to conclude an indefinite agreement with one participant for the realization, implementation, management and maintenance of an integrated software-based SAAS solution that within the client's organization the processes in the field of HRM and Finance, including payroll processing, including optional components (see Appendix B options HRM-FIN) and the information needs herein, Supports. This software-based solution is also referred to as 'HRM and FIN system' by the client.
