3. The scope of the contract includes the performance of a service on the territory of the Municipality of Lubyanka, consisting of the collection from the locations indicated by the Contracting Authority of mixed and selectively collected waste from the property owned by the owners of the property and the users of the premises owned by other persons, which are listed in Annex 4 to the contract and the transport of waste to the waste treatment plant. The order also includes the collection of waste collected at the Municipal Waste Collection Point in Przeno and transport.

Waste covered by the contract for collection has been classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the Waste Catalogue (Journal of Laws 2020, item 10) and falls within the group coded: 20 — municipal waste including ashes including ash selectively collected fractions and including biodegradable waste, 15 — packaging waste, 17 — construction and demolition waste from carrying out small works not requiring a construction permit or declaration of intent to construct or carry out works and waste listed in detail in Regulations of PSZOK in the Regulation of the Community Council of Lubyanka of 21 December 2018 (Journal of Laws of 9 January 2019, item 359 on the establishment of the detailed manner and scope of the provision of services for the collection of municipal waste from property owners and the development of this waste, in return for the property owner's payment of a fee for the management of municipal waste

The number of property owners as of 31 August 2021 that declared the need to have a brown container for waste biodegradable including waste from green spaces is approximately 700.

This figure is a variable size and is subject to change during the course of the contract.

6. Detailed description of the item of the order:

(a) Requirements for the transfer of waste:

The Contractor is obliged to comply in the course of the execution of the order provisions of the law, in particular such as: Law of 6 March 2018, Law of Entrepreneurs (i.e., OJ 2021, item 162), Law of 14 December 2012 on Waste (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2020, item 797,875), on 27 April 2001 Environmental Law (i.e., OJ of 2020, item 1219, 1378, 1565,2127, 2338, 2021, item 802,868, 1047, 1162, 1535), Law of 11 September 2015 on consumed electrical and electronic equipment (i.e., OJ of 2020, item, 2361), Act of 24 April 2009 on batteries and batteries (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1850, 2361) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 16 June 2009 on occupational health and safety in the management of municipal waste (Journal of Laws 2009 No. 104, item 868),), Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for receiving municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws 2013 No. 122), further in the specification.
