This contract covers printing, storage and routing services for educational materials for cinema awareness operations.

It breaks down into two batches:

- lot 1: printing of educational documents for cinema awareness campaigns,

- lot 2: storage and routing of educational materials for cinema awareness campaigns.

Lot n ° 1 Printing of educational documents for cinema awareness campaigns "College in the cinema" and "High school students and apprentices in the cinema" includes the following services:

- service 1: printing of educational documents,

- service 2: delivery of printed documents to the storage location of the holder of batch 2.

For several years, the various partners of the “College in Cinema” and “High School Students and Apprentices in Cinema” cinema awareness operations have sought the dematerialization of educational materials. The CNC will make this dematerialized transition effective by the start of the 2023-2024 school year.

This is why this contract has a firm duration of two years. At the end of these two years, it may possibly be renewed annually. From year to year, the quantities ordered will decrease.

As an indication and not contractual, the estimated amounts of lot 1 are as follows:

- 225,000 EUR excluding tax on the 1 er market year,

- for the following year (n + 1), a decrease of around 10% is to be expected, i.e. an estimated amount of 204,545 EUR excluding tax,

- in the event of renewal (s), a reduction of around 50% of the initial annual amount is to be expected, ie an estimated amount of EUR 112,500 excluding tax.

Lot n ° 2 storage and routing of educational materials for cinema awareness campaigns "College in the cinema" and "High school students and apprentices in the cinema" includes the following services:

- service n ° 1: moving the stock of teaching aids, in the event of a change of service provider,

- service n ° 2: storage, inventory management and routing plan as well as the destruction of obsolete stocks,

- service nº 3: distribution and resumption of media in mainland France and overseas (Drom-Com).

- for the following year (n + 1), the reduction will be approximately 10%, ie an estimated amount of 72,727 EUR excluding tax;

- in the event of renewal (s), it is necessary to provide for a greater reduction of approximately 50% of the initial annual amount of the orders, ie an estimated amount of EUR 40,000 excluding tax.
