This assignment concerns a framework agreement for the provision of maintenance on existing and future ArcGIS UN licenses, the delivery of new ArcGIS UN licenses, the resolution of issues and errors in the software, the provision of strategic insight into the evolution of these licenses, the provision of a dedicated support manager and the organization of 'in depth' sessions at the request of the customer.

The framework agreement creates a contracutive framework with regard to the establishment of conditions of individual contracts concerning ArcGIS UN licences and products carried out by TMVW and the purchasing entities.
