The consultation concerns outsourcing services for the information and communication systems of the Greater Paris Metropolis. Its purpose is all the services necessary for the operation, the maintenance in operational conditions, the updating of the state of the art and the development of the information and communication systems of the Metropolis.

This is a formalized procedure passed in application of articles R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public order code. It takes the form of a single-attribute framework agreement. The framework agreement is mixed, it includes:

- a part concluded at a global and fixed price;

- a part of purchase orders placed in application of articles R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 within the following financial limits:

—— without minimum amount in euro (s) (HT) for the total duration of the contract;

—— without maximum amount in euro (s) (HT) for the total duration of the contract.

Purchase orders will be notified by the contracting authority as and when required. This framework agreement is estimated at 650,000 EUR excluding VAT per year (fixed and unit prices included). The framework agreement is financed by the budget of the Metropolis of Greater Paris.
