The total of 11 AOKs plan to award the acquisition of images/image data of their insured persons for use on electronic health cards (eGB) in the form of 4 lots in accordance with § 291a paragraph 5 of the German Civil Code V. Insured persons within the meaning of the SOW are both insured persons of the AOks and persons supervised on behalf of them, such as welfare recipients. Images are photos submitted both on paper and digitally submitted within the meaning of this call for proposals.

This call for tenders includes obtaining images from insured persons and consists of daily collection (e.g. for new insured persons) and obtaining them as part of special supplies (e.g. images to be deleted due to obsolescence).
