DHDA wishes to establish a single party framework agreement for the provision of ICT Managed Services to be provided on a full end-to-end managed basis by the successful tenderer.

The requirement is for the provision of a comprehensive end-to-end managed service for the Digital Hub’s ICT environment including client, server and network infrastructure including telecommunications infrastructure – see procurement document for details.
