The implementation of the task entitled "Design and execution of construction works for the construction of an underground passage at km 31+125 of railway line No. 106 at the Strzyżów nad Wisłokiem station" will be carried out in the "design and construction" system.

The subject of the contract is the design and execution of works for the construction of an underground passage under tracks No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Strzyżów station on the Wisłok river at km 31,125 of railway line No. 106 Rzeszów Główny-Jasło, communicating the railway station building, two-edge platform No. 1 located on the intertrack of tracks No. 1 and 2 and single-edge platform No. 2 located at track No. 4.

The implementation of the task entitled "Design and execution of construction works for the construction of an underground passage at km 31+125 of railway line No. 106 at the Strzyżów nad Wisłokiem station" will be carried out in the "design and construction" system.

The subject of the contract is the design and execution of works for the construction of an underground passage under tracks No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Strzyżów station on the Wisłok river at km 31,125 of railway line No. 106 Rzeszów Główny-Jasło, communicating the railway station building, two-edge platform No. 1 located on the intertrack of tracks No. 1 and 2 and single-edge platform No. 2 located at track No. 4.

The entire subject of the contract includes the implementation of:

1) design documentation necessary for the proper execution of all construction works and obtaining for it all the required opinions, arrangements, approvals, conditions, decisions (including decisions on environmental conditions, if required) and permits necessary to implement the subject of the contract;

2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of the design documentation developed by the Contractor and approved by the Ordering Party, referred to in the above-mentioned point 1 and all preparatory works necessary to perform the scope of the Agreement and perform all activities required by law;

(3) carrying out conformity assessment of the infrastructure structural subsystem covered by the scope of the contract at each stage (design, construction and final tests of the subsystem).

The order covers the design and execution of the scope of the track, engineering and power industries.

The Contracting Authority points out that the whole object of the contract should be carried out in accordance with the SWZ, the provisions of the common law, the regulations of the contracting authority, the standards, the principles of technical knowledge and the construction art.
