• 3 safe spaces 12 m2 each

• 3 WC ensuite 10 m2 each

• 1 multi sensory room 20 m2

• 1 assisted user WC 10.5 m2

Giving a gross floor area for Section A & B (including circulation, internal walls) of 430 m2
