The subject of the contract is the collection directly from the property, transport and management of municipal waste generated by the owners of residential real estate (households) and the collection of transport and management of waste from the stationary Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste ("PSZOK") in the Poniatowa Commune.

Collection from real estate, transport and management of municipal waste generated by owners of real estate residing in the Poniatowa Commune and from "PSZOK": a) in the basic scope it is estimated about 3 543.17 Mg according to the division: − 3 175.00 Mg – the amount of municipal waste that the Ordering Party provides to collect from the owners of real estate residing in the Poniatowa Commune during the contract execution period, − 368.17Mg - the amount of municipal waste that the Ordering Party provides for collection from the stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point ("PSZOK") during the contract execution period,
