Equipment in such a way that they may be sold after the end of operational emergency care operations as a “van” or equivalent for example, by programming certain safety functions back or similar in order to carry out and re-register the modification survey.
The tenderer shall offer a care agreement as a compulsory option. Annual mileage by ambulances is approximately 90,000 km/year, contract for four (4) years. The field management unit has a run rate of approximately 40,000 km/year, contract for four (4) years. The subscriber decides on the use of the option and the care agreement.
The contents of the care agreement are described in the call for tender and its attachments.
The supplier shall find out the maintenance arrangements and their implementation in the Vaasa medical district. The tender shall present maintenance arrangements within 24 hours of the failure being reported. Within three (3) hours, the bidder must take the vehicle for examination and say whether the vehicle can continue to drive on the Ark. 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays. The service provider is responsible for ensuring that the platform service network is in the vicinity of Vaasa (maximum of 15 km from the centre of Vaasa). In addition, a place can also be presented to the service arrangement from the Pietarsaari and Närpiö area. However, the Vaasa region is absolute. Periodic maintenance in accordance with the maintenance guidelines shall be so that maintenance is available within 72 hours of order (weekdays 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.). If necessary, the subscriber will report the miles driven each month. Maintenance takes place in connection with normal runs. Maintenance services should be provided in Finnish and Swedish.
A care agreement refers to a contract covering all periodic maintenance with materials, maintenance due to breach and wear and tear with materials, repairs and small supplies such as bulbs and glass wipers with replacement works. User damage is not covered by the contract.
