The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, wood maintenance, forest facilities, tree cover and nature protection, as well as nursery work, to be carried out at the Forest District of Przymuszewo in 2019. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood and seed, maintenance of forest facilities, tree cover and nature protection, as well as nursery works resulting from Annexes 1 to 9 to the ToR. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the PZP with a value of up to 50% of the value of the basic contract.
