I - Preparation of project documentation and reconstruction of the heating network at ul. Milczańska - viaduct, from point A to point B,
II - Development of design documentation and reconstruction of the district heating network from chamber G33-7-4 to chamber G33-7-16 at ul. Cukrowa and Ledóchowski along with the reconstruction of connections,
III - Development of design documentation and reconstruction of the district heating network from chamber B42 to chamber B43 at ul. Dunikowskiego,
IV - Preparation of design documentation and reconstruction of the district heating network from chamber B64 at ul. Budziszyńska and heating connections to the heat distribution centers in buildings at ul. Inowrocławska 9, 11b, 12b and ul. Budziszyńska and heating connections to the heat distribution centers in buildings at ul. Inowrocławska 9, 11b, 12b and ul. Budziszyńska 36 in Szczecin,
V - Preparation of project documentation and reconstruction of the district heating network at ul. Cukrowa - from chamber G33-3-9 to chamber G33-3-11 and reconstruction of the connection to the building at ul. Sugar 49.
The subject of Task I is the execution of the detailed construction design and reconstruction of the Dn400 high performance overhead heating network from the support at point A to the channel network at point B, consisting in its replacement with a new heat pipe with a diameter of Dn 400, made in pre-insulated technology in a casing made of a rolled pipe spirally made of galvanized steel strip. In addition, teletechnical sewers without fiber optics must be designed and constructed along the entire heat pipeline route. The works should be carried out along with the reconstruction of the area, and then the as-built documentation should be prepared. Note: whenever in the description above the connection to the building is mentioned, it should be understood as introducing pipelines into the building and connecting them with existing pipelines. However, if we are talking about making a connection to a node in a building, it should be understood as connecting the pipeline to the first valves cutting off the node in the node's room. Restoration works in the areas managed by ZDiTM should be carried out in accordance with the conditions described in ordinance No. 40/2014 issued by the Director of ZDiTM in Szczecin of 15.10.2014 (link to ordinance http://zditm.szczecin.pl/uchwaly/zarzadzenie_40_2014. pdf).
For the above task, the total length of the heating network to be built will be:
- heating network Dn 400 - about 60 mb.
The subject of Task II is the execution of the detailed construction design and reconstruction of the high-temperature heating network Dn 250, 150, 100, 80 from the heating chamber G33-7-4 to the heating chamber G33-7-16 with connections at ul. Maciejewicza, Ledóchowskiego in Szczecin, consisting in replacing it with a new heat pipe with a diameter of Dn 100, 80, 65, made in pre-insulated technology and making connections Dn 50 to the nodes in buildings at ul. Maciejewicza 9, Maciejewicza 3, Cukrowa 2 (only for Dn80 pre-insulated network), Ledóchowskiego 9, Ledóchowskiego 15, Bronowicka 7, Ledóchowskiego 21 and connection Dn 40 to the node in the building at ul. Maciejewicza 32 in Szczecin. In addition, teletechnical sewers without fiber optics must be designed and constructed along the entire heat pipeline route. The subject of Task III is the execution of the detailed construction design and reconstruction of the high Dn350 heat network from the B43 heating chamber to the B42 heating chamber, consisting of its replacement with a new heat pipeline with a diameter of Dn 350, made in technology in Szczecin. In addition, teletechnical sewers without fiber optics must be designed and constructed along the entire heat pipeline route. The works should be carried out along with the reconstruction of the area, and then the as-built documentation should be prepared. Note: whenever in the description above the connection to the building is mentioned, it should be understood as introducing pipelines into the building and connecting them with existing pipelines. For the above task, the total length of the Dn 350 heating network to be built will be about 67 linear meters.
Task IV (S26). Development of design documentation and reconstruction of the district heating network from chamber B64 at ul. Budziszyńska and heating connections to the heat distribution centers in buildings at ul. Inowrocławska 9, 11b, 12b and ul. Budziszyńska 36 in Szczecin. The subject of Task IV is the execution of the detailed construction design and reconstruction of the high Dn 100, 80 heat network from the heating chamber B64 to the heating chamber B64-5 together with connections at ul. Inowrocławska and Budziszyńska in Szczecin, consisting of replacing it with a new heat pipeline with a diameter of Dn 100, 80, 65, made in pre-insulated technology and making connections Dn 50 to the nodes in buildings at ul. Inowrocławska 12b, Inowrocławska 11b, Inowrocławska 9, Budziszyńska 36 in Szczecin. In addition, teletechnical sewers without fiber optics must be designed and constructed along the entire heat pipeline route. Task VI (S33). Development of design documentation and reconstruction of the district heating network at ul. Cukrowa - from chamber G33-3-9 to chamber G33-3-11 and reconstruction of the connection to the building at ul. Cukrowa 49. The subject of Task V is the execution of the detailed construction design and reconstruction of the high-temperature heating network Dn 200, 50 from chamber G33-3-9 to chamber G33-3-11 and connection to the building at ul. Cukrowa 49, consisting in replacing it with a new heat pipeline with a diameter of Dn 100, made in pre-insulated technology and making connections Dn 50 to the node in the building at ul. Cukrowa 49, in Szczecin. In addition, teletechnical sewers without fiber optics must be designed and constructed along the entire heat pipeline route. The works should be performed together with the reconstruction of the area, and then the as-built documentation should be prepared. Note: whenever in the description above the connection to the building is mentioned, it should be understood as introducing pipelines into the building and connecting them with existing pipelines. However, if we are talking about making a connection to a node in a building, it should be understood as connecting the pipeline to the first valves cutting off the node in the node's room.
