Nyköping municipality procures a contractor in the area of property services for cleaning and maintenance within recycling stations (ÅVS) in Nyköping municipality. The municipality currently has 31 recycling stations covered by the procurement with containers for recyclable packaging and batteries, these are categorized as paper packaging, plastic packaging, metal packaging, recycled paper, batteries, colored glass and uncolored glass. The real estate services covered by the procurement consist of sanitation, disposal of waste (incl. hazardous waste) that does not fit in or belong to any of the types of material the container range constitutes, leveling of materials in containers with the ambition to achieve as good a filling rate as possible, status control of the facilities and their inventory, reporting, snow removal and associated anti-slip.

The contractor awarded is thus both entitled and obliged to carry out the real estate services from all recycling stations within the municipality in accordance with what is agreed between the parties.
