Service contract

The contract concerns routine maintenance service on the pitch plants of the 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800 and 900 quadrants — Fiumicino Airport “L. Da Vinci” — CIG 89509616AF

The amount of the contract is equal to €. 2,401,113.97 of which:

a) €582,000.00 as an “body” amount, based on auction, for the presidium and emergency service H18/365 days and availability H6/365 days;

b) €291,000.00 as a maximum “tailor-made” amount, based on an auction, for a possible increase in the presidium and emergency service;

c) €988,680.00 as the maximum “tailor-made” amount, based on auction, for the scheduled maintenance service on the pitch systems;

d) €49,434.00 as a maximum amount “to measure”, not subject to a discount, for any increase in costs for scheduled maintenance activities carried out during the night/holiday hours;

e) €450,000.00 as the maximum “tailor-made” amount for corrective maintenance;

f) €39,999.97 as a “tailor-made” amount, not subject to a discount, for security charges from DUVRI

Pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 16, of the Code, the amount placed under the tender includes the labor costs that the contracting station has estimated at approximately €1,542,059.50

The contract cannot be divided into batches due to the need for the Client to synergistic management of the services covered by the contract, due to the technical-operational peculiarity that imposes a unified execution, also in order to guarantee the functionality and coordination of passenger safety control areas through the management of a homogeneous equipment fleet in terms of characteristics functional.
