Innherred Renovasjon shall procure a new business system including mobile GPS units that meet Company requirements, and at the same time reduces the number of systems. In other words, the aim of this procurement is to find a system which will, partly or completely replace current systems. A business system is a general system which will handle the daily operation in Innherred Renovasjon and Retura IR. This includes customer register, orders, subscription services, sludge, holiday home waste management, customer correspondence, deviation management, fleet operations, invoicing etc. The system shall be the “junction “for all remaining IT services in the company, and must be integrated with weight systems and web solutions among others.
