Open tender for the three-year assignment of the School Lunch and Social Canteen Service of the Municipality of Monopoli

The following main activities and services are the subject of the contract:

(a) policies for the supply of foodstuffs and raw materials necessary for the

preparation of meals;

(b) the operating flow of the cooking centre "forward gear;

(c) receipt of raw materials;

(d) food storage and pantry;

(e) control of the integrity, expiry date and adequate storage of the foodstuffs purchased;

f) preparation, packaging and conveyance of meals exclusively with fresh – hot bond

(also called espresso or cook and administer), in which the administration takes place at a distance of a few

minutes from the end of cooking/preparation;

(g) transport and delivery of meals, dishes, provisions and materials necessary for the

performance of the service, from the cooking center to the consumption terminals.
