The Longhurst Group sought expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced service providers to deliver responsive repairs, planned and cyclical servicing works to its leasehold property portfolio. Works will be delivered under a TPC 2005 (as amended) for a maximum of 10 years: it will run for an initial 5 years with the option to extend by up to a further 5 years. The Contract will run for an initial 5 years with the option to extend by up to a further 5 years. Works will be delivered using a blend of schedules of rates plus day rates.
