As of 1 August 2021, the merger of 2 educational institutions; Stichting Scholengroep Rijk van Nijmegen and Stichting Alliantie

Project concerns:

1) renovation of the main building and sports building with size of approximately 10,000 m2 of BVO

2) the expansion of the school with new construction with a size of about 750 m2 BVO

The main building is being refurbished in a phase and therefore needs to be partly in operation (2 phases of approx. 50%)

For example, 2x a round of Question NVIs has been recorded and the requirements are clustered. The Selection Guidance is therefore leading.

Construction of the main building and sports building with a size of approximately 10,000 m2 of BVO

The adjustments concern:

internal demolition of a number of walls and installation of new walls

-replacement of suspended ceilings and work on lighting

-customization of wall and floor finishes and doors (incl colours)

-aesthetic adaptations to the entrances of both buildings

- supply and install heat pump for heat and cold for improving climate

-replacement of CHP units and extension of LBKs for improving ventilation

-replace all radiators and convectors

-Expansion of Data Installations
