Rehabilitation of 5 large concrete tanks

3 containers will be upgraded with PP sheet liner and 2 containers will receive tile lining.

Rehabilitation of 5 large concrete tanks:

- The bill of quantities includes the renovation of the container lining of the spa house.

- The concrete tanks are located in the 2nd basement in the technical cellar, which is accessible at ground level via a large insertion opening.

- The containers need to be sanitized. Access to the container is via a DN 800 manhole. A security post must be provided in the container for the duration of the assembly work and included in the unit prices.

- 3 containers will be upgraded with PP sheet lining and 2 containers will receive a tile lining.

- The foil container lining must be broken off and stored in a container provided by the client. The costs for disposal are borne by the client.
