The acquisition will involve access and software maintenance of the low-code/no-code software development platform, as well as professional services related to Finnvera's electronic business architecture reform and low-code development.

The low-code software development platform under acquisition must be available to the entire Subscriber Organisation and scale in accordance with usage, both technically and in terms of access. The subscriber enters into an agreement for low-code platform permissions and the maintenance of the platform's PaaS/SaaS service directly with the software vendor. The acquisition will result in a supply agreement with the consulting partner supplier that includes the deployment project, further development deliveries and additional professional services to the low-code platform and electronic services such as the system's separate charge maintenance, small development orders and Support of Customer Experts for System and Software Development Platform.
