The purpose of the contract is to define the minimum conditions for the operations to be carried out, their frequency, the materials and personal and technical means included for the provision of the cleaning service in an environmentally friendly manner in different buildings of the Ministry of Education, Universities, Science and Spokesperson. To this end, the contract shall be carried out without using methods or products that could harm the environment or minimize their effects, without creating risks to the environment. Annex I to the Technical Requirements Specification lists the administrative headquarters that make up the service subject of the contract, indicating the address and surface area of the same, according to the distribution of the three lots, each of them indivisible, which is detailed therein.
