The subject of the contract is the performance of winter maintenance of paved roads and unpaved roads in the Board of the President of the City of Radomsk and county roads within the administrative limits of the city of Radomska in the winter season 2021/2022

1.The subject of the contract is the performance of winter maintenance services of paved roads and unpaved roads on the PresidentalRadomska Board and county roads within the administrative limits of the city of Radomska in the winter season 2021/2022 consisting of:

- mechanical snow removal of roads in the order determined by the Ordering Party on the basis of Annex No 2 to the contract, including stop bays;

- removal of winter slipperiness of roads in the order determined by the Contracting Authority, based on Annex 2 to the Agreement, by sprinkling with salt or stiffening material, including stop bays;

- mechanical snow removal and removal of winter slipperiness of parking lots owned by the Ordering Party located outside the road lanes;

- removing (exporting) snow from the road lanes.

- one-time cleaning of sand roads after the end of the winter season determined by the Ordering Party, i.e. loading, exporting by own transport and admission to the dump. Exports of impurity can only occur to a legal garbage dump.

2.Description of the item of the order specify:

1) Detailed description of the object of the order - which is Appendix 10 to the SWZ,

2) Design/Model Agreement - Appendix 11 to SWZ, together with Annexes No 1, No 2.

3.Quality requirements in connection with the application of the price criterion as a criterion with a weight exceeding 60% relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract

i.e. the execution of the contract: Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject matter of the contract, i.e. the execution of the contract are set out in the temple/draft contract with the annexes and the detailed description of the subject of the contract. The item of the order must be performed according to the documents.

4.The Contracting Authority shall provide for the award of the contracts referred to in point 7 of Article 214 (1):

The Contracting Authority shall provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Act, consisting in the repetition of similar services, consistent with the subject of the basic contract, i.e. winter maintenance of roads, cleaning of sand roads, provided that the value of these contracts does not will exceed a total of 50% of the value of the basic contract and the Contracting Authority will have the financial resources to implement them after negotiations with the existing Contractor.
