The object of the service is the collection, transport and recovery (operations referred to in Annex C in Part IV of Legislative Decree 152/06) of the fraction of municipal waste residual from street cleaning – CER 20.03.03, collected in the catchment area of SRT and / or exceptionally from external basins, as well as coming from professional mechanized sweeping activities.
SERVICE FOR THE COLLECTION, TRANSPORT AND RECOVERY OF URBAN AND SPECIAL WASTE CONSISTING OF ROAD CLEANING RESIDUES PRODUCED IN THE BASIN AND DEPOSITED AT THE SITES OF SRT S.P.A. LOT 1 Novi basinThe services covered by these specifications concern the collection, transport and recovery at authorized external treatment plants, of the fraction of municipal waste residues of street cleaning – CER 20.03.03, produced and collected in the catchment area of SRT and / or exceptionally from external basins, as well as coming from professional activities of mechanized sweeping.
The wastes covered by the contract consist of a fraction of municipal waste residues from road cleaning characterized by a high seasonal variability of transfer, with humidity level, therefore, dependent on weather conditions.
Services are to be considered essential public services in all respects; therefore, for no reason may they be suspended or abandoned except in proven cases of force majeure. In case of abstention from work due to strike called by trade associations, essential services must be provided, as required by Law 15.6.1990 n. 146.
