The total number of floor areas to be kept clean is approximately 5,000 m2. The total number of m2 of window cleaning measured on both sides is approximately 10,000 m2.

Due to the termination of the current agreement, the obligation to tender the Contract in Europe, the efficient use of Community funds and the desire of the Contracting Authority to conclude one Agreement with one Contractor for the Client's location(s), it has been decided to start this Tender procedure and to market the cleaning maintenance and window cleaning services as of 1 November 2023.
