Norfolk County Council owns multiple farm estates across the region with tenant farmers in situ. Norfolk County Council is responsible for the maintenance of the some of the ditches within the estates that form part of the drainage network. Norfolk County Council required a contractor to deliver the maintenance of ditches within the NCC farms Estate to maintain the drainage network and reduce flooding. The works will consist of the delivery of dredging and mowing of ditches over a 6-year period.
