The scope of the contract includes the supply of electricity:
- up to 37 street lighting supply points and 1 park power supply point billed in the tariff
O12,
- 14 video monitoring points settled in the R tariff,
- 45 points of electricity consumption to the buildings and facilities of the Ordering Party, organizational units, schools, kindergartens and cultural institutions, settled in tariff groups C11, G11, C21, C12A, C12B, B23,
Estimated electricity consumption for the needs of lighting roads and public places and the needs of building operation during the contract completion period, i.e. from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2024r. Is:
1 362 017kWh
Determining the expected energy consumption does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase electricity in the given quantities. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the total volume of electricity in relation to the amount estimated.
A possible change in the estimated consumption will not result in additional costs for the Ordering Party, apart from settlement for the amount of electricity actually consumed. The above division of the subject of the contract does not constitute a division of the task into parts, which means that the Contractor submitting the most advantageous offer is obliged to perform the above subject of the contract in full.
