The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan up to the amount of PLN 8,104,000.00. The Contractor shall grant the Contracting Authority a loan in the Polish currency, under the conditions specified in the SWZ. The contracting authority will allocate funds from the loan to finance the planned budget deficit up to PLN 6,123,443.52 and to cover liabilities planned in budget expenditures up to PLN 1,980,556.48. The loan will be granted for the period from the date of conclusion of the agreement until the date of full repayment of principal and interest, i.e. until 31 December 2031. The Contractor shall open a credit account at the latest on the day of conclusion of the loan agreement and shall keep it free of charge during its term. The Contractor shall make the credit funds available to the Contracting Authority on the day of signing the contract. The loan will be used in the Polish currency. The loan will be released in tranches, the amount of which will depend on the needs of the Ordering Party, on the basis of instructions submitted by the Contracting entity to the Contractor by e-mail, in writing or by fax, without submitting a separate loan application subject to consideration. Funds under individual tranches of the loan must be available to the Contracting Authority within two business days from the date on which such an instruction was submitted to the Contractor by the Contracting Entity. The ordering party will have the right to submit a written statement of resignation from further use of the loan. The final date for using the loan is December 31, 2023.
