The subject of the contract is: Design and construction of the bypass of Krosno Odrzańskie along the national road No. 29 on the section from km 0+000.00 to km 11+382.82.The above section is a fragment of national road No. 29, and is located in the Lubuskie province, in the Krosno Odrzańskie poviat, in the municipalities of Krosno Odrzańskie and Dąbie.The scope of the contract includes the execution of all necessary works for the proper functioning of the national road, bypass of Krosno Odrzańskie, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party. It is necessary to carry out all necessary design studies, obtain on behalf of and on behalf of the Ordering Party the necessary opinions and technical conditions, all arrangements, permits, permits, decisions and consents necessary for the performance of the Contract in accordance with the Requirements of the Ordering Party and the Conditions of the Contract, perform construction works and obtain in the name and on behalf of the Ordering Party decisions on the occupancy permit for the entire scope of the investment.

The section in question is a fragment of national road No. 29, and is located in the Lubuskie province, in the Krosno County, in the communes of Krosno Odrzańskie and Dąbie.

The scope of the contract includes the execution of all necessary works for the proper functioning of the national road, bypass of Krosno Odrzańskie, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party, in particular, the following should be designed and manufactured:

1) construction of a national road, bypass of the town of Krosno Odrzańskie within DK29

2) intersections,

3) reconstruction of existing roads in the scope of collision with the bypass of Krosno Odrzańskie,

4) construction of roads other than the bypass of Krosno Odrzańskie, including changing the route of existing roads, in order to restore damaged road connections or ensure access to the property,

5) construction of additional roadways, located in the road lane of the Krosno Odrzański bypass

6) construction and/or reconstruction of infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists,

7) in the case of the intersection of a national road with a railway line - intersections should be made in accordance with the applicable regulation on technical conditions to be met by the intersection of railway lines and railway sidings with roads and their location,

8) engineering structures within the bypass of Krosno Odrzańskie and along roads intersecting with the ring road,

9) land drainage system, including drainage devices road body: road ditches, rainwater drainage, pre-treatment devices, retention reservoirs, retention and infiltration reservoirs and others,

10) environmental protection devices, in particular:, animal crossings, ecological culverts with a protective and guiding fence, greenery and fencing of the Krosno Odrzańskie bypass, anti-glare screens,

11) removal from the construction site and disposal of any identified plants that are invasive alien species,

12) removal from the construction site and utilization of waste identified in the previously developed documentation,

13) infrastructure for the needs of facilities at the bypass of Krosno Odrzańskie located along the ring road, including: power supply and lighting networks, water supply networks, sewage treatment networks and devices, rainwater sewage system with pre-treatment devices and others,

14) reconstruction of conflicting equipment and networks of existing infrastructure

and above-ground: teletechnical and energy equipment, water supply networks, rainwater drainage and sewage systems, gas networks, melioration and hydrological devices, railway equipment and others.

All necessary design developments should be carried out, obtain on behalf and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority the necessary opinions and technical conditions, all arrangements, permits, decisions and consents necessary for the performance of the Contract in accordance with the Contracting Authority's Requirements and Contract Conditions, perform construction works and obtain, on behalf and on behalf of the Contracting Authority, decisions on the use permit for the entire range of investments.

Total estimated order of magnitude of the order value above 20,000,000 euros.

The Contracting Authority reserves the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks, i.e. the surface of the main route, including the manufacture and incorporation and execution of the remaining layers of the surface structure above the native soil (excavation) or embankment (embankment), excluding the supply of materials and services.
