The service provider will take care of the function of executive services manager (the wage costs of this manager will be borne by the service provider - at least A6 level with minimum qualification requirements) as well as accompanying the transition of the execution services.

The measured period is 24 months, after the end of this period the assignment can be tacitly extended by 1 year.
