On 01.03.2023, the council of the municipality of Stuhr decided to create additional general classrooms, specialist and differentiation rooms, an enlarged teachers' room and an enlarged administrative area as well as teachers' workplaces at the Lise-Meitner-Schule/KGS Stuhr-Moordeich through extensive renovations and extensions.
In this context, the award procedure now available will put out to tender the necessary planning services in accordance with the list of basic services according to HOAI attached as Annex 3. Expressly not the subject of the present award of planning services are planning services relating to the trades TGA, statics, health and safety regulations and fire protection. For the entire measure, a budget of max. € 7,564,000.00 gross has been set in the budget.
The necessary expansion and conversion measures must be carried out during ongoing school operations. Especially during the holiday periods, the expansion and conversion measures must be pushed forward. Particular attention must therefore be paid to the access roads and open spaces that can be used for construction site equipment. A total of six measures are to be planned at six points in the school building, see Appendix 1.
2. The services of the bidder include the provision of planning and property supervision services for the conversion and expansion of the KGS Moordeich in the municipality of Stuhr. This includes all the necessary services of the buildings and interiors.
An ongoing, constant local presence of the contractor is absolutely necessary for the client. A local contact person who is flexible is rated positively.
3. The contractor (contractor) must prepare all necessary planning services in close coordination with the client (client).
The contractor is obliged to plan in cooperation with the other parties involved in the planning process in such a way that the upper cost limit for the overall construction project is not exceeded. This obligation covers not only the coordination of those involved in the supervision of the property, but also the integration and coordination of other services to be provided by third parties of the individual service profiles (e.g. coordination of different specialist planners for technical equipment and integration into the planning).
The planning to be developed must ensure that the planned conversion and expansion measure can be built and operated functionally, sustainably, economically, environmentally friendly and energetically optimized in terms of investment and operating costs. The intention is to provide the construction work through individual trades.
The measure is intended to meet various objectives. On the one hand, the additional need for 1 – 2 additional AUR, 1 FAUR each for chemistry, biology and physics, as well as 3 differentiation rooms for grades 5 -7 and 2 differentiation rooms for grades 8 and 9 is to be met permanently, as well as the desire for a second music room to use the stage exclusively for the performing arts.
Additional meeting rooms, teachers' workstations, a separate office for the head of the secondary school, a divisible conference room and a larger teachers' room are also to be created for the teaching staff and the administration.
Overall, the conversion and expansion measure is intended to implement the "Stuhr School Building Directive". The additional space is intended to ease the potential for conflict caused by a lack of space and improve workflows in the administration.
