See II.2.4
ISVAG is planning the construction of a new waste energy plant on its site in addition to the current installation (no functional or technical connection). When the new installation is finally in operation (at the latest upon final completion), the old installation will be dismantled and the environmental design will be carried out. A plan with regard to the environmental design of the entire site (both the environmental design in function of the new installation and the environmental design for filling in the vacant space after the demolition of the existing installation) must be drawn up, after which the specifications can be drawn up for demolition and environmental design, so that these works can start as soon as the new installation is in operation (at the latest upon final delivery). In function of this plan, it will be considered whether and, if so, which parts of the installation must be retained with a view to sustainable spatial implementation (eg. Illustrative: preservation of bunkers for water buffering, ...).
The assignment concerns three parts in globo:
- 1. Design of the site's environmental design, (taking into account the current and future needs of ISVAG, the energy from waste plant and the sustainable processing of waste on the one hand and the needs of the environment on the other). The preparation of the specifications, supervision of the award procedure and advice allocation, and the supervision and control of the implementation of this environmental design,
- 2. The complete architectural assignment with a view to the demolition of the existing waste-to-energy plant and its appurtenances, including part of the roads, including the preparation of the specifications, the supervision of the award procedure, the advice of the allocation and the supervision and monitoring the implementation of demolition works,
- 3. The license application into which parts 1 and 2 are integrated.
