1. Granting a long-term loan in the following amount of PLN 2,800,000.00, which, in accordance with Resolution No. XXXV/299/22 of the Commune Council in Karsin of December 22, 2022, intended to finance the planned deficit and repayment of previously incurred liabilities. 2. The Contractor shall make the loan amount available to the Contracting Authority within the following period:  PLN 700,000.00 by 30.08.2023  PLN 700,000.00 by 28.09.2023  PLN 700,000.00 by 30.10.2023  PLN 700,000.00 by 30.11.2023 The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of disbursement of individual tranches of the loan at later dates than indicated above. The contracting authority will submit written applications for the release of the loan tranche two days before the release date. The further part of the description of the subject of the contract is included in SWZ CHAPTER II. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT.

The contracting authority will submit written applications for the release of the loan tranche two days before the release date. a) The contracting authority expects that the only form of security provided for will be a blank promissory note. The Contractor will not require any other security for the contracted liability. The Contracting Authority does not allow for the possibility of submitting a statement in the form of a notarial deed based on Article 777 §1 of the Act of 17 November 1964 Code of Civil Procedure (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1575, as amended). b) The amounts of individual tranches of the loan will be paid into the indicated bank account in the bank servicing the municipal budget.
