in a manner ensuring that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended), as well as the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolskie Voivodship for the years 2019-2025 together with the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolskie Voivodship

with an investment plan
