The tender relates to a framework agreement on the production and supply of tops and cubes, as well as service and washing. West combustion has been designed tops and cubes for waste systems several years ago. When procurement of this framework agreement, the supplier which is awarded to Partial Agreement 1 shall be granted exclusive rights to produce and supply peaks and cubes in the design of West Combustion. At the tender offer, municipalities in the territory of West Forburding will be granted the right to purchase peaks and cubes, as well as associated services via the Framework Agreement. The supplier will be granted the right to provide peaks and cubes in the design of West Incineration also to customers who are not contracting entities on the Parts Agreement. This is agreed separately between the supplier and the customer concerned and is not covered by the Framework Agreement.

Part Agreement 2 includes washing and service, including repair and delivery of spare parts of existing peaks and cubes already established at the time of entry into force of the contract.
