General Cleaning and Window Cleaning of Communal Areas to General Needs schemes, Sheltered/Supported Housing schemes, and Housing with Care schemes, and cleaning of empty properties in the Norfolk and Suffolk region. The proposed agreement will initially be for a period of 3 years. However, the performance and technical capacity of the successful applicant will be reassessed throughout this period and, subject to satisfactory performance, may be extended by a further 2 year period.
