Planning services for the energetic and fire protection renovation of the Wiesensporthalle: The Wiesensporthalle, also a multi-purpose hall; is the largest sports hall in the city of Jüterbog with an area of 22.00 x 44.00 m including grandstand. It is designed as a 2-fold sports hall and is available for multiple use. The renovation includes the renewal of the roof cladding, including the installation of a photovoltaic system. If necessary, the roof structure must be reinforced. The heating and ventilation system is also to be renewed. The electrical installation, BMA, safety and hall lighting must be revised.

The aim is to operate the hall autonomously, which means that photovoltaic, heating and ventilation systems and electrical installations must be prepared and combined for this purpose.

After completion of the construction measures, the entire building must meet the requirements of the valid EnEV. Furthermore, the building is to be designed in such a way that it serves as a disaster control hall. An emergency power generator must be located for this purpose.

The planning services for the above-mentioned projects are put out to tender in accordance with the vgv § 15 open procedure.
