Referral program conducted in three schools in Gdańsk. We want to continue the program because of the application for Apple School certification. The Apple program operates in 689 schools in 36 countries. Apple Distinguished Schools are centers of progress and excellence in the field of education, in practice realizing the vision of teaching with the help of technology promoted by Apple and the City of Gdańsk. 1.2 Services in the order:
• Delivery of equipment to Primary School No. 14, Primary School No. 39, Primary School No. 89 by 31.08.2023.
• Installation of Apple TV in the indicated place – in rooms using cable ties, wiring necessary for installation; 3-port Full HD 1080P switch with switch/remote control) connection to Ethernet network and MDM management system, configuration according to school requirements. - 62 pieces
• Add all devices to Apple School Manager without having to unpack the device
• Add all devices to Mosyle Manager
• Tagged all devices (Ipad and Apple TV)
• Preparation of configuration in MDM for launching devices by students / teachers + preparation of instructions for students / teachers
• Ongoing updates on student and teacher information in Apple School Manager, based on data from the Vulcan electronic log. The data will be provided in the form of CSV files in Office365 - School Data Sync format.
• Install your Mac mini, connect to your network, connect to MDM, and set up a content caching service for your school's devices.
1.3 Training and technical support:

15 hours x 3 schools each school year (for all teachers at three schools on iPad use, scenario work, homework, news)
3 hours x 3 schools for coordinators in the school year (news, updates, technical consultations; dates to be agreed with each school)
•Implementation:
o Meeting with school representatives to select device configuration requirements
o Prepare configurations for devices deployed in a 1:1 model and shared for individual classes for their activation by students and teachers
o Configuration mechanisms for synchronizing data with the electronic log
o Prepare accounts for new students and teachers and update existing accounts.
o Synchronization of information about the division into classes
o Verify and adjust the configuration for the installation of applications, books and other configuration profiles required by schools
o Install your Mac mini, connect to a network, connect to MDM, and set up a content caching service for your school's devices.
• Current support – in the form of telephone, teams, etc. 10 hours per month x 3 schools
• Quarterly device updates
• The possibility of reporting a problem by coordinators from schools, available e.g. from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Response time to reported failure/problem 2 working days (in exceptional situations after arrangements with the school principal)
• Technical support according to the needs of the school once a month on site at the school
