The park building must play an important role in building a community at the Tech Lane Ghent business park in Zwijnaarde. This building should become a pleasant meeting place for the employees of the companies and visitors to the business park and includes an open range of services, such as: resto, meeting rooms, conference room,... in combination with its own range of business space. It is also the intention that the CESPE Innovation Accelerator will be housed in the building: a flexible open research and innovation environment in the field of (bio) pharmaceutical production, including chemical labs and pharmaceutical cleanrooms (CESPE: Centre of Excellence in Sustainable) Pharmaceutical Engineering & Manufacturing).
