Rakvere City Government (hereinafter contracting authority) organises public procurement (hereinafter also procurement) with the aim of using the financial resources of the city of Rakvere in a sustainable and rational manner, and to conclude a contract for carrying out winter maintenance and year-round cleaning of Rakvere city roadways. Accordingly, the contracting authority shall propose to all interested parties the submission of tenders under the conditions arising from this contract document and the contract notice. The provision of the service must be carried out in accordance with the conditions arising from the procurement documents and their annexes and in accordance with the requirements arising from the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
