Description:
School transport (morning and midday trips) of students to and from Rupert-Egenberger school in Unterschleißheim; 4 lots, lot 4 from the municipalities indicated to the Ismaning outdoor class

The students from the above-mentioned places of residence are entitled to school transport. Because of the lack of or unreasonable connection to public transport, this line is advertised as a school bus line, taking into account economy and economy.

Impaired children and young people attend the Rupert-Egenberger School. These students have special needs in terms of communication, consideration, and mental health.

The pre-school institution (SVE) of the Rupert-Egenberger School is attended by children with special educational needs identified by differential diagnosis in the areas of perception, cognition, language, body coordination and/or in their emotional-social development.

- students, as well as

- Any necessary staff as school bus attendants, which are provided by third parties (e.g. health insurance companies or district).

The contractor is commissioned from 13.09.2022 until the end of the last school day of the 2027/28 school year (6 years).

Lot 1 - Line I: Aschheim-Feldkirchen-Kirchheim-Unterschleißheim and back: morning and noon cruises

The students from the above-mentioned places of residence are entitled to school transport. Because of the lack of or unreasonable connection to public transport, this line is advertised as a school bus line, taking into account economy and economy.

Impaired children and young people attend the Rupert-Egenberger School. These students have special needs in terms of communication, consideration, and mental health.

The expected changes in the number of pupils, the type and extent of impairments during a school year require a high degree of flexibility. Rapid implementation to ensure transportation is required in view of compulsory school attendance.

The District Office of Munich, represented by District Administrator Mr. Göbel, intends to award the transport of students from the Rupert Egenberger School to school in accordance with the requirements of the law on free travel to school and the School Transport Ordinance.

Students will be transported to the respective stops on school days with face-to-face lessons at 8:10am and noon from Monday to Thursday currently at 11:40am and 1:25pm and Friday 11:40am (morning and noon cruises).

The group of people to be transported includes:

- students, as well as

- Any necessary staff as school bus attendants, which are provided by third parties (e.g. health insurance companies or district).

Impaired children and young people attend the Rupert-Egenberger School. These students have special needs in terms of communication, consideration, and mental health.

Lot 4 - Line IV: Ismaning outside class to the municipalities of Aschheim-Feldkirchen-Ismaning-Kirchheim-Oberschleißheim-Unterföhring-Unterschleißheim and back: morning and midday trips

The pre-school institution (SVE) of the Rupert-Egenberger School is attended by children with special educational needs identified by differential diagnosis in the areas of perception, cognition, language, body coordination and/or in their emotional-social development.

The SVE children of the Rupert-Egenberger School from the abovementioned places of residence are entitled to school transport. Due to the lack of connection to public transport, or its unreasonable use due to the age of the children, this line is advertised as a school bus route, taking into account economic efficiency and economy.

The Munich district office, represented by the district administrator Mr. Göbel, intends to award transport of children from the SVE in Ismaning on school paths in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Free Access to School and the School Transport Ordinance.

The contractor transports the children from their home addresses to the SVE facility in Ismaning and back to the residential addresses or facilities. One morning trip and one midday trip are to be served per school day.

The contractor is obliged to prepare tour plans under this agreement.

The expected changes in the number of pupils, the type and extent of impairments during a school year require a high degree of flexibility. A quick implementation of the necessary adjustments is essential to guarantee the transport with regard to the fulfillment of the compulsory education.

- students with disabilities,

- Any necessary staff as school bus attendants, which are provided by third parties (e.g. health insurance companies or district).
